A link home or attached single is a fully detached home that is linked only at the garage side to another home. They are fully detached on the opposite side.

Yes, although Rosehaven is not a custom builder, they are willing to work with minor request for changes, provided that these changes do not affect structural, mechanical or design elements of the floor plan. At Rosehaven we call this Stage 1 Structural Purchaser Extras. All requests are subject to head office approval.

Look-out and walk-out lots are dictated by the particular community topography and in accordance with the Municipality approved grading plan. A visit to any of our sales offices will help to determine which lots, if any, have look out or walk out conditions.

Rosehaven closing costs are listed in Schedule “Y” of your Agreement of Purchase and Sales. Development charges up to the date of your purchase have already been included in the purchase price of your home. Feel free to discuss the closing costs with any of our sales representatives.

Structural upgrades have to be submitted to the municipality when the builder draws the permit to build your house. While Rosehaven homes is not a custom builder, we pride ourselves that we make the effort and take the time to build you a home that will meet your specific requirements. As such, we need to ensure that your requests will meet all municipal and building code requirements.

The construction of your home is a long process involving many trades and suppliers. We at Rosehaven homes, want to ensure that work on your home is carried out in a professional and timely basis and your home will be delivered to you on time.

The PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) is your first opportunity to view your new home in its completed state. A builder’s representative will guide you through a comprehensive inspection and show you how to operate the systems in your home. Your PDI is to identify any damaged, incomplete or missing items as well as anything which is not operating properly. The builder’s representative records these conditions on the PDI Form to verify that they existed prior to occupancy.
