Rosehaven brings the excitement to Burlington with the
Grand Opening of new designs and larger suites

The excitement continues in Burlington with the Grand Opening of Affinity East, offering new designs and larger suites, from one-bedroom up to two-bedroom plus formal dining room and suites ranging in size from 585 up to 1,272 square feet.

After the overwhelming success of Affinity West - over 90 per cent sold and still going strong, Rosehaven is very proud of this much anticipated release of Affinity East.

Once complete, Affinity Condos will consist of two contemporary mid-rise buildings, each with its own fitness/yoga room, party room(s) with kitchen, rooftop terrace &; more. Exteriors will feature stunning glass walls, black brick with stone and stucco elements and ‘wood’ accents.

The contemporary suite designs will be finished with wide plank laminate flooring throughout and stunning 12- x 24-inch imported porcelain floor tile in all bathrooms; quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms; 9-foot smooth ceilings in suites (10-foot ceilings on 6th floor suites). Suites include five appliances, state of the art roller blinds, one underground parking space and a storage unit.

With Affinity, Rosehaven is bringing condo excitement to Filmandale Road and Plains Road East in Aldershot, a picturesque village within Burlington. This newly rediscovered community along Burlington Bay in Lake Ontario is seeing a new vibrancy and a revitalization following construction of an interchange to divert traffic and retain the charming ‘downtown’ core. The growing interest in the Aldershot area is understandable given the quick access to highways as well as the Aldershot GO station that is conveniently walking distance from Affinity.

Set in a leafy established residential neighbourhood between Aldershot Park and Teal Greenway Park as well as near Burlington Golf and Country Club, Affinity is surrounded by green space including the Waterfront Trail. Access to Lake Ontario is found at nearby LaSalle Park with Marina, event pavilion, trails, board-walk, beach, picnic areas, and wading pool, free parking - and an amazing view of Burlington’s Skyway Bridge that leads to Niagara and The Falls. Of course, Aldershot is home to the famed 2,700-acre Royal Botanical Gardens, the largest of its kind in Canada.

Living in Aldershot also means being near a myriad of outdoor escapes. There are parks, bike paths, trails and literally over 100 waterfalls and cascades along the Hamilton/Stoney Creek portion of the magnificent Niagara Escarpment, not far from Affinity. Highways 403 and 407 make travelling anywhere in the GTA fast and easy. Schools, shops, restaurants and services are at the doorstep.

The best of nature and neighbourhood near the pulse of the city? Have it all at Affinity.

Visit the Presentation Centre, located at 348 Plains Road East in Aldershot/Burlington. Affinity East offers a limited number of suites, a fully decorated model suite and view the scale model showcasing Affinity East and West.
