Since our inception in 1992 we have always been looking at ways to improve, whether it be in our home design, interior finishes, sales environments, construction finishing and after sales service.

We strive to do our best at all times. However, to ensure we are reaching your expectations at every stage we rely on your feedback.

At various stages throughout your homebuying experience you will be asked to complete homeowner satisfaction surveys. The first will be in the sales office when you purchase your home, the second in our decor centre during the selection of your colours and finishes, the third will be by email after you have moved into your new home and the final one (also by email) after approximately 3 months of living in your new Rosehaven home.

For each completed Homeowner Survey, Rosehaven $20.00 to Habitat for Humanity to help make affordable housing accessible to families in need. We will publish the total amount donated each quarter in our newsletters.
