Dear Public.
We wanted to take a moment to speak to the general public in regards to corporate position we are taking in response to the COVID-19 health crisis we are all facing.
First and foremost, Rosehaven has taken all possible measures to protect all of its employees, trades, suppliers and of course the general public. Social distancing has been the mandate communicated and executed throughout this process from the very onset.
In line with this mandate, we converted as many workers to remote workers as possible both in office and at construction sites. Our sales centers have been closed and all agents have been instructed to work remotely during this time.
Despite being considered an essential service, our aim was to reduce all operations across the board to only the staff needed to ensure the safety and sanitary conditions of the sites under construction and recently completed. We have further shutdown all common areas and restricted elevator use in our high-rise buildings.
We continue to monitor the situation and do our best to support every initiative put in place to help flatten the curve of this deadly virus while continuing to provide the essential services we can to those truly in need.
We wish the best to all people and are confident in our ability to overcome this crisis.
