We would like to take this time to show our gratitude, appreciation and thanks to Rosehaven Homes, specifically, Enzo and his team. We are new homeowners in The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant, and we have been extremely happy with the level of customer service that we have received. Enzo has been professional, polite and personable in every conversation and interaction. He has gone above and beyond in almost every instance ensuring our satisfaction with all aspects of our new home. In addition, every touch point along the way has been pleasant and far exceeded all expectations. From the Sales team, down to Linda Metcalfe, Nadine (Site Customer Service), Duane (Painting) and Howard (Repairs/GC) - all nothing short of amazing. It’s this type of experience that has us truly considering all properties with Rosehaven Homes. Again, we express our gratitude and thanks for the great experience that we have had thus far. All staff was great from Linda Metcalfe through to Chris for walkthrough. They were so helpful and caring to our needs. As this is our first new home, they understood and appreciated what we were going through and in turn made it that much more special. Our Rosehaven home in Nobleton, King Country is our third new house purchased. Our prior experiences with other builders, I have found them to be very technical and sometimes difficult to work with. Our first experience with Rosehaven was through Moe who made our home selection and purchase seamless, he was very attentive to details and suggestions were very helpful. Then we met Larissa at the Decor Centre, OMG! She was amazing, it was our pleasure doing our upgrades with her, she was very knowledgeable and helped immensely with our selection and then came along Linda Metcalf. Linda made it happen for us,. The closing dates we had in mind was completely different than what we had signed for, and oversight on our path. I called Linda, explained the situation with the closing dates. She assured me that she will do her best to rectify the issue, and of course she did. Thank you Linda! When you find one employee in a company who goes above and beyond the call of duty it is normally rare but when you find three employees at the same company who does this, it speaks volumes for the company. Rosehaven, you have done well with your employee selection and I promise I will recommend Rosehaven wherever I go.
