Rosehaven Homes hosts spring celebration in Oakville

To celebrate the arrival of spring, Oakville-based residential development firm Rosehaven Homes held an elegant evening soirée for current and prospective residents, friends, and family of The Randall Residences.

Held at The Randall Residences sales centre and conceptual model suite on Wednesday, April 22, the Style of Spring event introduced Oakville's finest in luxury fashion. While guests enjoyed a selection of hors d'oeuvres from Ristorante Sotto Sotto, models presented designer looks from local boutiques Tocca Finita and M for Men, fine jewellery by Knar, and hair and make-up by Yorkville's renowned Salon Daniel. With exquisite wine from Vineland Estates, guests raised a glass to the spring season and the exciting news that concrete pouring has commenced at the site of The Randall Residences.

The event was well received. Many prospective buyers showed interest and suite owners took the opportunity to greet future neighbours and enjoy the lively atmosphere. Notable guests included Marco and Silvio Guglietti of Rosehaven Homes, Randall Residences interior designer Ferris Rafauli, The Forest Hill Group's Robert Klopot, Tocca Finita's Anna Rea, M for Men's Patrizio Del Bianco, Knar Jewellery's Vicken Buzbuzian, Daniel Fiorio of Salon Daniel, and Monarch Event Group's Erika Larva and Liz Walsh.

Located at the corner of Randall Street and Reynolds Road, The Randall Residences is a remarkable condominium development with just 36 elegant suites in Downtown Oakville. The building's classic, European-inspired architecture and interiors were designed in the Beaux- Arts tradition. Suites range from 1,800 to more than 3,000 square feet, and feature grand rotunda foyers, wide gallery hallways, superb sight lines, gracefully proportioned principal rooms, dramatic 10 and 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Juliet balconies. Perfect for host- ing in the spring and summer months, the building boasts a beautifully landscaped common rooftop terrace.

With The Randall's outstanding amenities and sophisticated way of life, future residents will find that planning an elegant fête will be simpler than ever before. The building's on-site hotel-style concierge, available 24/7, will receive your guests properly and escort them up to the event. Beloved by A-list celebrities since it first opened in Yorkville in 1993, anchor tenant Ristorante Sotto Sotto offers an outstanding catering menu of exquisite Italian fare. Should you wish to pamper your guests or take them shopping, plans are in place to secure an on-site salon and spa, as well as boutiques for the main floor retail space.
