Survey Winners

It's Different In Here. This mandate has helped to establish Rosehaven Homes as industry leaders, and to build homes to the highest standard - the Rosehaven standard. The result has been an exceptionally strong track record of repeat purchasers.

In order for Rosehaven Homes to be able to provide this exceptional level of service from the first day one walks into our presentation center until well after they have moved into their new home; is through our customer's personal feedback. From just after purchasing up until the anniversary date of living in a Rosehaven Home we send our customers a total of five surveys asking for their feedback and comments. The results of these surveys are reviewed quarterly and annually and from the results of these surveys we make any required adjustments and improvements, ensuring that our customer care program is always top priority.

Starting April 1, 2010 we are changing things up, no longer will there be a winner of $500.00 every quarter, instead Habitat for Humanity will win. Now with each survey completed we will donate $25.00 to Habitat for Humanity, and we will publish the total amount donated each quarter in our newsletters.

Our last draw for $500.00 will take place on March 30, 2010.
